Configure your pod exactly as you normally would (GPU type and count, template, everything), and if that configuration is currently rented out, the deploy button becomes "Deploy When Available." Pick how you want to be notified, email or in-console, hit subscribe, and your request joins the queue. Pending deploy requests are visible under your pods screen. Note that this lives in the new deploy flow, so if you're still on the old one, enable it under Early Access Features in your user settings. Because capacity can free up at any hour, you can also set a subscription window in the confirmation step, mark overnight as off-limits and Runpod will only deploy during hours you've approved, waiting rather than spinning up a pod you're asleep for. One expectation to keep in mind: the configuration you queue for needs to be something that could realistically become available, even briefly. If it never frees up, it never deploys.
